Downloading YHGL Terms of Agreement

If you have decided to download the YHGL software you should agree with the following:

1. The Copyright of the software must be maintained at all times and in all locations of use.

2. The YHGL software is to be used for teaching and/or research purpose(s) only. If used for design of systems, the author assumes no liability for accuracy of results or of the design.

3. The YHGL software should not be used for purposes other than those indicated in item 2 above unless special permission is granted by the author.

4. The YHGL software should not be distributed unless permission is granted from the author.

5. Any one using the YHGL in accordance with the above regulations should reference the software in his/her work.

6. Neither the author, nor the Sultan Qaboos University (Oman), nor Utah State University, nor University of Idaho (USA) can except any liability for accuracy or correctness of calculations made by the YHGL software. Each user must assume all liability and responsibility for correctness and accuracy of calculations.
